Policies

If you are actively involved in injury prevention or child safety education you have plenty of things to keep you busy. Our job is to make sure we provide you with the best products and service to support the important work you are doing to keep kids safe. We have a couple of policies that we would like to make you aware of:

Please check your order upon delivery. If you are not happy with any I'm Safe! Product that you order from Child Safety Solutions please call us to let us know why. Customized materials may not typically be returned for a refund or credit; however, in the rare event that your items are delivered damaged or you did not receive the correct item(s), please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to replace them for you.

If your items were standard and not customized for you, we will accept returns for items still packaged, undamaged, and otherwise unused within 2 weeks of delivery. Shipping costs will not be covered by I'm Safe for returns that were not initiated due to incorrect products, damaged products, or other fault on the part of I'm Safe. If the return is accepted, we reserve the right to determine whether a refund or credit will be issued.

Payment Polices: Child Safety Solutions provides a number of ways for you to pay for your I'm Safe! Materials which include the following options.

Purchase Orders: We can work with purchase orders and will be happy to provide you with samples and estimates so that you have all of the information you need to complete your requisition.

Credit Cards: We can accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Invoicing: Once your I'm Safe! Materials have been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. We will also send you an invoice which is due Net 30.
