Ordering Resources

Before placing an order, you may need certain documents from us, especially now that we are under new ownership.

If you are on-boarding or updating I'm Safe! - Child Safety Solutions as a vendor, please feel free to download the 2026 Sole Source Letter and W-9 Form you will find below. You are welcome to share these documents with your accounting or purchasing departments, grant providers, or other decision-makers. If they need us to complete a vendor packet, please let us know.

The Sole Source Letter provides documentation that I'm Safe! - Child Safety Solutions is the ONLY supplier who legally owns and can deliver the products listed in the Sole Source Letter.
The W-9 Form, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, contains information required by the IRS for tax purposes.
